Raw Meat or Fish
Hobby eating sushi seems to be postponed first for pregnant women. Meat or fish that are eaten without being cooked first are very at risk of containing harmful bacteria such as toxoplasma and salmonella.
Mercury Fish
It is not easy to distinguish fish with high mercury content, but you should avoid canned foods, or not consume them too often.
