1. Consumption of water
If you often do activities in air-conditioned rooms, you should increase your consumption of water to avoid dehydration and dry skin.
2. Avoid hot showers
If you often take a bath with hot water, from now on, avoid these habits because hot water can shed natural oils from skin cells so that it can reduce the moisture of your skin.
3. Choose the right moisturizer

4. Use sunscreen
